About Me

My name is Mindy Richards. I am a 2004 graduate of Franklin High School, where I played softball and soccer, and cheered for football and wrestling. I graduated from University of Pittsburgh - Titusville in 2006 with my Massage Therapy Certification. I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Studies emphasizing in Health and Fitness from Slippery Rock University (2013).

My massage specialization is non-specific neck, back, and leg pain. I enjoy helping people who are looking for relief from things like strain from work or tension/stress, or to help improve athletic performance. I utilize a method called Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT) to help release adhesions in the muscles and fascia. It also helps release ligaments and tendons.

Massage License MSG012157 : I am a licensed, educated, professional Massage Therapist who is part of the Respect Massage movement.
